بیت العدل اعظم مسئولیت امور روحانی و اداری جامعه بین المللی بهائی را بر عهده دارد. حضرت بـهاءالله وظیفهء رهبری و راهنمایی بهائیان جهان را به بیت العدل اعظم واگذار فرموده اند و از جمله به آن اختیار داده اند در مواردى که عمداً بعضی جزئیات احکام و تعالیم بهائی در کتب و آثار مقدّسه بـهائى ذکر نگردیده، قوانین لازمه را مطابق نیاز و شرایط زمان تشریع نماید.

بیت العدل اعظم گذشته از اهمیت اداریش، نمایده امری است که جوهر آئین بهائی یعنی وحدت و یگانگی است. تشکیل بیت العدل بعنوان راهنمای جمیع امور جامعه بهائی معنایش حفظ وحدت جامعه بهائی در درجه اول و در درجه دوم کمک به پیدایش و حفظ وحدت عمومی و صلح اعظم جهانی می باشد.

از آنجایی كه یكی از وظایف بیت العدل اعظم هدایت بهائیان می باشد، هر از چندی و بنابه موقعیت و شرایط پیام هایی عمومی خطاب به بهائیان در تمام كشورهای جهان صادر می نماید – مانند پیام هایی که بمناسبت عید رضوان صادر می شود-. به غیر از این پیام های عمومی، در صورت لزوم پیام هایی نیز برای بهائیان کشور یا منطقه ای خاص صادر می شود – مانند آنچه در این برنامه می بینید. از آن جمله اند پیام هایی که مخاطب آنها بهائیان ایران هستند.

این برنامه حاوی ۱۰۰۰ پیام بیت العدل اعظم است که بر اساس موضوع و تاریخ مرتب شده اند. 

در حال حاضر تمامی پیام ها به زبان فارسی هستند.
