I'm Canadian. I loaded this app on my phone and got to the point where we are supposed to enter our vaccination results. We do things differently here. We don't get any numbers when booking an appointment. I have all the reports for proof of our vaccinations, but the app doesn't facilitate the loading of the reports as pdf files. This app needs more work to make it suitable for Canadians.

Set it up last year worked great! Now I log in and cannot add my family's E/D card numbers that traveled last year and are listed,, it keeps giving me an Error but when I added my son who didn't go last year but is this year it worked! I even tried deleting myself and adding back in but still get an error!

Can't log in, can't register. This was recommended for my Aruba travel however it keeps asking me to sign in but I couldn't. Then chose "forgot password" and they sent me a link to reset credentials however it keeps saying user is already signed up. I didn't? Try to register user a dozen different times but keep getting error.

I am trying to add a user, but get "an error has occured" message. Info must be correct but I can't create an account. Funny thing, if I put my last name in (instead of first name), a different error message apper stating info for that ED number doesnt match the name...

I cannot add myself or family members as users, it just keep on saying an error occured even though we already received the QR code approval via email. I tried the online version and it didnt work either. Can you please advise?

Trying to schedule a test for my return trip. Requires a 6 digit code from a doctor to schedule an appointment, which I don't have. Will not let me save my travel information. I arrived a week ago and it won't let me input an arrival date that has already passed. Finally, received an error when I tried to enter my ED number.

Horrible, frustrating and useless waste of time. Error after error when creating user. Provides nothing except an other hoop to jump through to get no where.
