Note: with students returning the LTC WebWatch service is very slow, particularly in the late afternoon. This app depends on WebWatch, please report a problem only if WebWatch is also down. Also, please install the app (and download bus data) at some time other than late afternoon. Automatically remembers your favourite stops, or shows nearby stops using GPS. Although it uses data from the the London Transit Commission website, it is not affiliated with the LTC so please do not report problems to the LTC. See "About" menu in the app for how to report problems. If you can't get arrivals or download routes it's probably because WebWatch is down. If the URL http://www.ltconline.ca/WebWatch/ is down or doesn't work, that's the problem, wait a bit and try again. If it's up, report a bug. LTC Buses is open-source, free-to-use and shows no ads. Saturday and Sunday schedules have not been working for weeks. It refuses to fetch data half the time even though I have perfect wifi or data connectivity. It also randomly displays incorrect times eg showing an arrival in one minute, but Google maps will show it in 14 minutes (and that's the one that's correct). It used to be my favourites but it's basically no longer functional, so I am forced to make the switch. I'd give it 5 starts over and again if the issues were actually addressed.

Was a great app until the LTC did all the route changes September 1st, 2019 and there's been no update issued to reflect the new routes and times. if I punch you in the stops near my place, tells me there are no buses, because the route 26 does not exist anymore. It does not show buses for the route that replaced it. still works great for the routes that remains the same, unfortunately I don't take a lot of those.

The app no longer works for me since I changed my phone to Samsung Galaxy S9 around December 24th 2018. It used to work on my Samsung Galaxy S6. I am not sure whether the issue is due to me changing my phone or whether the app stopped working like it did some months ago. No Buses or bus stops can be found. it just displays an empty list, even if I enter known bus stop numbers or street names. I am uninstalling the app.

Usually this app works well for down-to-the-minute bus arrival information, but all of the routes changed as of September 1st 2019 and none of the stops have been updated. I can't find a contact for the developer besides this so hopefully they see this negative review and fix it soon. Will update to positive once all the stop information has been fixed. Edit Sept.7th: The routes have been updated! Thank you very much!

It stopped working all together and has no data at all. Very upsetting and I keep hoping for it to work again but it never does..tired of redownloading.
