Give this one a chance. The author was clearly very passionate about this story, and it shows in the writing. The characters are all interesting with their own personalities. The plot is well written, I found myself wanting to know more and more about the world. My only complaint is that I felt that my choices were sometimes limited to what my greatest skill was, but it wasn't too bad where it ruined it or anything. Overall a very well written story.

Starting to feel like I wasted my money. Not a terrible game , but at the same time it's not great either feels lacking. The choices feel like they don't really matter too much. Except for gainning favor with characters. As for inpacting the story, Meh... It's just not for me.

Absolutely let down by this. The story had promise, but it was poorly executed. The game was very linear. Other than making the other characters like you, your choices had almost no effect on the story. The romance was barely there. Plus, there were WAY too many characters to keep up with. With so many names to remember, the game became overwhelming and I found myself not caring about anyone specifically. The idea was interesting, but it needs a lot of editing to be as good as some of the other CYOA games.

This game was good and for two dollars it is worth it. Two different endings and a well developed plot. The 12 Gods were all distinct along with the twelve chosen. If your character were a Charismatic character good at Art, poetry, communication, the god of war Palindra will be mad and see you as weak. The trial of the twelve is a well-written entertaining story with stats that do matter, and two different endings. The dialogue between characters is great, Romance is also included in this game.

This game was a huge let down. It felt extremely short and not as good as others I've played that actually were shorter. It also bugged me that they make gender so painful of a choice. Male or female, simple.

The story was good the characters could of been explored a lot more but there was really no choices that mattered in this game. If this game was a book, it would be a good book but I didn't want to read a book.

Great story. The only thing I wish was a save at each chapter. If you make a mistake you can go back to that chapter and not start at the beginning.
