Good for a dashboard, especially for later-model vehicles. I uninstalled this app, because I bought the paid version. The $5 is well worth it. The free app is just a taste. You have two hours to try the paid version to request an easy refund, so buy it when you have time to hook up to your vehicle, and maybe even go for a drive while logging data. I'm using the OBDLink MX+ as an interface and it works great. It shows ads, but they're at the bottom and not really intrusive. Could be worse.

I have multiple fault codes. Everytime I select a fault code to see its description, it re-reads the fault codes from the ecu which is time consuming and not necessary. The fault codes didn't change since the initial read a few moments before. There is no need to constantly re-read them every time I want to see a codes description.

Unreasonable permissions requires. Used to be my go-to car/OBD app but there are better options now. Doesn't need a cess to my contacts, phone, and location all the time, so I uninstalled after a few hours of giving it another try. Doesn't appered to have been updated much in years, and is still kind of a pain to set up.

I can't say enough about this app. I use it a lot, and it's fast, consistent, and reliable. You can view engine performance in different ways, dial meters (like your speedometer/tachometer), graph, or chart. It's just an amazing app.

PLEASE HELP. I've used torque(and pro) with the same obdII device before on my previous phones and car android units. This one doesn't work. PROBLEM: torque app shows connection to OBD successful but no connection to ECU. But it works fine on my phone so there IS connection to ECU. Tried unpairing again and again. Doesn't work

Why does this app require location, pbone number and contacts access, access to my media in my phone, if it is only going to use bluetooth? And it does not work for me.

Inaccurate display. All the small time charts are a bar lower than the actual readings. You can compare the dial and the time chart and see this. So the only accurate way is to use dials, making time charts useless, or at least also needing a dial. Also, moving icons so incredibly painful. When you hold you have to click move and then move and so it makes organizing and arranging your screens very very cumbersome. A bunch of functionalities that exist simply do not work.
