Completely unusable. I can log in through the website fine, but trying to login via the app results in a generic "An error occurred" message with a button to "Contact Us". In a cruel twist, the "Contact Us" button requires you to log in. So I get stuck in a perpetual "you can't login, do you want to login?" loop. I've tried the basic troubleshooting steps of clearing the app's cache and storage and completely uninstalling the app.

Overall, the app works but the main problem is the mobile deposit. I told UW that the mobile deposit needs the ability to activate the use of the led Flash as lighting. Without that, the phone can create shadows over the check and it's very difficult for the pictures to be accepted. All other banks that I have the mobile deposit work seamlessly, and in those, the Flash works or the LED of the phone lights up to provide better lighting to the check. As soon as they fix this, the app will work.

Mobile Deposit is a hoax. It doesn't work. Literally can't take a picture of the back of my check. I press the button, and it refuses to take the pic. Not the first time I've had some weird issue with this feature, and it seems I'm the only one of my friends who experiences this. Otherwise, the app itself works about 80% of the time.

Does little more than the web app. Mobile deposit doesn't allow pictures and support rotates through the standards: enable camera, uninstall, etc to no avail. Further, contacting support goes to a new person each time and they do not appear to review the previous messages so you get a lot of the same suggestions again and again until you give up. Support through attrition.

"The full UW credit union experience" Money link has been broken for at least a week. And i cannot even load my transactions page at all. Error has occurred trying to set up new links, and im sick of all the secure messages screens i see. If im not looking for my messages its implied i dont want to see them now, and dont need a reminder while im trying, and failing, to do something else.

try to log in, get error of failed to load web branch. try to contact customer service, i get the same error I'm stuck using the website through my web browser which is not the best solution

This was previously a really great app. Now, it won't even log me in anymore. Doesn't give any error message, just does nothing.
