Opinion: The others are correct, this app is USELESS. I can't use it for directions, nextride, viewing schedules or the map. So yeah, that covers literally everything this app was supposed to be capable of. That's... that's impressive. If I didn't know any better I'd say they did this on purpose. I wonder if the company's contract with the city required that they BUILD the app, but didn't mention MAINTENANCE. I wouldn't put it past Valley Metro, they're incredibly shady even for a bus company.

I have to refresh it 3 or 4 times to get it to show times at all and it no longer gives real time updates on bus arrival so I can't tell when the bus is going to be late or early. It also sometimes tells you there is no rout to take when using route planner when 2 or more stops are required. It also randomly crashes. I don't know what happened as it used to work great, but now I have to go back to texting the number.

The app keeps crashing and losing my location, I don't know why if Google maps can keep track of me why can't this app? Well your app can now find my location but doesn't show times. I have gotten to rely on Google maps, always knows where I'm at, I can rely on it for better trip planning and most importantly all I have to do is type in the bus stop number and city, with no problems there is the schedule.

Useless at times. The bus I take in the morning sometimes is a NO-SHOW when it starts its route and the app assumes it was on time when it started the route. Another thing I noticed is that it rarely shows when a bus is running late. When it does and after 10 minutes late and not arriving it no longer shows that bus anymore.

Tip: To make the location service work, I had to go to my settings and manually give permission for the App to access the phone's location service. There are trips presented that simply do not exist. It will probably be conveniently blamed on Corona, but why tell me there is going to be a bus available at the start of a route (16th St & Bethany) when there is none? This app could be much improved if it showed real-time information. (Such as you see with Lyft or Uber)

Sucks. Bad functionality. Can barely track busses to have accurate arrival times. Sometimes the bus just doesn't ever show up and the app will tell you that it came and went at the appropriate time even if no bus ever came by. I really only ever use it to try and plan around delays but even then it just says the bus is 5 or 10 or 15 minutes away and holds that number for however long it takes the bus to actually arrive. And then most times the app doesn't even get that far because it won't load.

The app, once very useful, is now broken and useless. You cannot enter your starting location or your destination, and you cannot use the map or the "current location" in their place. As a result, it is impossible to get any useful info out of the app anymore. I hope they fix it soon.

It's ok but lacking in useful info. Like it doesn't tell you which direction a route is going, only what stop #. And clicking on a bus stop icon doesn't tell which stop it is, only what the route is named. Improving those simple things would make it much better.

Well that's useless. Tried to send me to a totally different street because the next one on the street I was on was apparently 45 minutes out... So I went to the other cross street, and then the bus for the first one came five minutes later. Good to know this has useless information for bus location.

Meh. Stay up to date with micro changes as the develope. I stayed at a stop for an hour before I figured it out to have been redirected because of an accident and received a failure to appear for a vet court graduation and I received a warrant. Luckly that was quashed the fallowing day. Also could use a on screen widget.
