Please add more books to complete. Some books are missing in oxford dominoes, bookworms, read and discover, read and imagine. No only a few books missing, a lot of books. And also fix the issue that if I click sign in and bookshop, the app kick me out. It is very terrible. I dislike this app😡😡😡😡. Please upload more and more books.

OUP - the slowest website in the world. The payment system is outrages. They will charge your money, and give you nothing in return. All orders are pending. My last 8-10 purchases were unsuccessful, and I tried 3 different credit cards. More than that, they don't give a rat's about their technical issues. Shame on you!

Great app. Amazing for students and teachers. Just wish it were faster to include books. I've been waiting for the American English file 3rd edition but it still not available to buy in the app.

How terrible to buy a course for a test and be unable to sign in to study. Why do I get this message: We didn't recognize your details. It's the same details, so how come you did not recognize it!! I sent them an email as with Android issue as you suggested , and I got no answer for more than 3 working days. Either fix the sign in problem, or get me my money back.

Please, make this app possible for iPhone, not just iPad. I was very satisfied using it on the Android phone, but now I've changed to iPhone. I can't take two phones in my bag anymore (iPhone I'm using, and Android just for OLB). Thank you.

Not a very good start. I downloaded it as i already have an account on the website. The app installed but when I click Sign In the sign in screen is displayed off-screen on my Android phone. So - I can;t sign in and the app is useless. I've been emailing their support for days about another matter and no reply. My impression about this company is that there are some good products but they aren't supporting them at all. (Update - you can sign in if you put your phone into landscape mode - but really this should work in both modes. It just looks untested). Update2 - amusingly the representative of the company advises to email them - but since as a rule they don't answer that won't help! As of now the website version of this product is 100% broken. Avoid OUP like the plague if you care about your students.

I've only used the sample books because I can't see the correct answers at all. I can check if the answers are correct or not (but only if I type my answers first - I'm a teacher, so I'd rather not do the exercises all over again every time I teach, but it would be nice to project the answers on a screen for the students to see). I can see an eye icon that should reveal the answers, I think, but I can't click it. Edit: The Classroom Presentation Tool costs 8 times the book. I can't afford it.
