We forgot our password. There is no link to reset password. Also for new users also when the submit option is clicked there is no reaction in the application. Very poor design and not user friendly.

No option to recover password if we forget. Also, No response when I request "New Access" . Worst user experience.

Very basic app with cluttered interface. No notification for announcements or homework which is a serious drawback. No record of complaints registered and one cannot track the status of complaints.
