Very bad experience. Took the blood on 3rd early morning for creatinine n haemoglobin no receipt was given with number. Said it would be sent but 24 hours no number no report. Tried calling but no reply. Am very very anxious to know my levels whole night didn't sleep worrying.

While experience till 3 weeks back was good. Last 2 time it has been bad. I scheduled a test and phlebo could not come and never rescheduled. Another test, I received only partial reports even after nearly a week now.

DO NOT USE THEIR ONLINE SAMPLE COLLECTION BOOKING. we had a terrrible experience with our booking. we had an urgent need to get the blood test done in shalimar bagh, delhi. waited for several hours for someone to show up. no one came. eventually called their call center and dolts told us they dont have any slot available for a tech to come. wasted several hours of our invaluable time. Save yourself from trouble and dont use this app.

I am unable to log in using the credentials that I used to create the account/sign up. I have an email from them confirming my log in credentials, yet when I try to log in, the app says "invalid credentials".

Sample collection is fine but so many errors on order placement. Switching to other apps.

I had a worst experience with these guys. First they collected the sample and then they said results will be available by evening however it was more than 24 hours and there was no report results. I tried costumer care they don't have any information. I visited Lab where I gave sample they don't have any information. After being sick this is lot of pain taking. When I went to another Lab they took 15 minutes to give the result for the same and for very much less price. Don't ever go for lal lab.

Always wait for SMS. Report massage is not delivered. Taking lot of pain just to download the report. Situation is ambiguous. Lal path has not made it clear as to when the report will be available. IVRS says that you can download your report from website but when I try to download, the website depicts massage that the report is not found. What kind of service you people are offering to we customers, this is not a good practice or professional way in any business. You should look into it.

gave blood sample for dengue fever check but no one was ready to give report, unable to see the report in app or website, customer care always says will receive call back in 2 hours, but no call backs. At last I have to retrieve reports by physical visit and then customer care team calls and say we have released the report. Horrible experience. Would advise to always go for some other pathology instead of Lal Paths Shame on such a big brand

Another useless claiming app saying that it has vault for all tests. I am unable to retrieve my latest tests based on phone number. Forget old tests with number. It expects us to enter lab test number which shows the uselessness given that it can't retrieve it's own tests from database. Secondly, chat is useless as it doesn't allow to give feedback or ask actual questions. Thirdly, too slow with finally no results or crash with no results after taking a lot of time. Expected something better
