This app is very useful and very convinient and very practical. I really like the feature of the scheduling. If I book today, and if I'm not available tomorrow or the day after, I can schedule to have them deliver my laundry the next day. My work takes me to trips for 2 to 3 days sometimes so this is really helpful plus when I get home I have time to relax.

App has been very useful to me so far, saves me a lot of time, and the reps who pick up and deliver my laundry are kind and friendly. They also pick up and deliver on time now which is great! The UI can be confusing sometimes and I sort of had to memorise how to create an order because the steps are n't that straightforward.

After the Community Quarantine has been gradually lifted, the reps are not following the preferred schedule anymore, especially for picking up the laundry. We selected the preferred pick up time but they still message us that they are near the location and going to pick up the items, way early than the preferred schedule and when we are still sleeping. We specifically put a message on Laundry and Delivery Instructions field that "Please follow preferred schedule", or is it just for Delivery?

Thankfully there is an app that caters my needs. Before, I go outside just to bring my laundry to the laundry shop which also takes time and a lot of effort. Ever since I knew about this app and used it, I saved a lot of time and I can now do other stuff. Used their service thrice already and so far, swosh doesn't disappoint. For starters, i like their customer service. Their laundry personnel contacts me before the scheduled time for delivery to remind me and they are very responsive. Good thing there's an app for laundry services
