Project NOAH for Android Enabling the mobility of Project NOAH. The official mobile version (native Android) of Project NOAH website (noah.dost.gov.ph) though without the Flood Map features. This mobile app was developed by Rolly Rulete in cooperation with Project NOAH and with the partnership of Smart Communications, Inc. through the Smart Developer Network (SMART DevNet). Content and data come from the Department of Science and Technology (DOST) and its participating agencies. Project NOAH’s (Nationwide Operational Assessment of Hazards) mission is to undertake disaster science research and development, advance the use of cutting edge technologies and recommend innovative information services in government's disaster prevention and mitigation efforts. Though the use of science and technology and in partnership with the academe and other stakeholders, the DOST through Program NOAH is taking a multi-disciplinary approach in developing systems, tools, and other technologies that could be operationalized by government to help prevent and mitigate disasters. What was once an amazing Disaster Resilience application for PH, is now unaccessible due to errors. Truly saddening. i certainly hope the developers will update this to the newest version of Android OS.

I'm disappointed. I've used this app already wayback 2017 and it's really functioning well I could give it 5-STAR RATING. Just this year, I've re-installed this app TWICE already, hoping that some issues has been FIXED. Instead of running smooth as it did a couple of years ago, it just kept on popping a message about a certain error. I've been fond of this app before and it's so disappointing to know that the app I've relied much on before is no longer functioning properly.

Having a portable app in its small size is so convenient for you to know the hazards near you. Although, it always says error occured when opening the tabs, even when determining my location. It also needs an improvement in the interface of the app. It will be better if you will put the whole functions in the web in this app. It's a good app indeed but there's still so much to improve.

We realized that to be able to use this app easily, you really need a fast net. The other options on the app are no available, also, when we magnify some locations, the datas are also not available. On the other hand, It is very useful for informing people about the disasters that may occur

This app is very informative and useful. Although sometimes it is not that perfect when it comes to accuracy and sometimes it's pixelated. And last time, I checked the weather stations or probability of rain, it said, "Sorry, an error occurred.." Amidst all these, this is one of the biggest breakthroughs that UP made into reality and it made me aware with the present hazards surrounding me.Kudos for all the people behind who have made this app into reality. This app has so much things to improve.

this was good...but I deleted mine 2 years ago. recently, I installed it again on my phone but nothing seems to work anymore. my favorite was the Doppler/sensor/weather forecast (I forgot which one, it was the colorful one) against the street view. it also used to be very, very useful.

This app is very informative and useful. This serves as a reference where people can get information regarding hazards present in a specific area thus, provides useful ways of knowing hazards, news regarding calamaties, and disasters in an effortless way. Although sometimes there are some problems when it comes to accuracy plus the error that occurs when opening a tab but still a useful app. Kudos for all the people behind who have made this app into reality.

We would like to suggest that the website as well as the app should have an information about fault lines. Most of the time, we also need updates to possible earthquakes in the country. Mostly, the choices in the lists always show "error, cannot open" but only one option opens, about the current weather in our country. We hope that our government will support more project like this and we would like to offer these ideas for you to be able to improve your application and website.

A 5 Mbps stable connection isnt even enough to get the app to show info. Not useful at all. Every feature gives an error saying the request cannot be processed. Nothing displays under the News tab.
