Used to love the app. Until it charged $40 bucks to my account when I only owed $20. The scooter died on me and left me stranded without any warning. There is also money left over in my wallet on the app with no way to get it back. I tried to contact customer support, but it wouldn't let me. Don't recommend getting the app unless you are fine throwing away money...

Used it for two rides. Both times, when I tried to end my rides, it kept giving me an error message, preventing me from doing so, all while keeping the meter running at $1 a minute. There was no way to contact customer service to correct the issue. Really felt like a scam.

Let me drive into the middle of a no drive zone then turned off. Won't let me park anywhere, including the charging stations. I've walked around with this thing for a while trying to find a place to park. Had to leave the app running for 30+ mins (still going). Would not recommend.

It's a great concept but after riding my first day nearly an hour on the bike I have realized it is not worth it here is why 1.for a 27 minute ride was almost 10 USD even 3 more dollars I could have gotten a Uber 2.when purchasing a pass the time does not stop when not riding so really you only ever need a 1 hour pass unless your going joy riding and 3.the bikes have alot of issues maintenance wise 2 that I rode nearly fell apart money vs time not a winner but worth it for short bike trips only

Fun, useful, and fair price. Also I weigh a lot and it was able to haul me around with ease. One problem with the app though is it didn't tell me when i went into a no ride zone, so i thought the vehicle itself was broken.

This app practically stole 10 bucks from me. In a grouping of 10 scooters, none of them reacted to the "reaction time" testing in place to prevent "drunk driving" I only installed the app for a trip we were on. There is no reason for me to keep it. And their ticket system doesn't work for me to get a refund. This is absolutely useless. Don't use their company

Buy the week if you live in town or are staying for whatever reason. Its unlimited, you can use any ya need as much as you need and they actually go a decent speed with a better than most headlight to keep you safe and able to see the ground in front of you. Its a great light unless its an area where the light fluctuates a lot back and forth, then its just not enough for a short period of time while you maneuver further along your route. I rode it from my work in east Fay. To West, no problems.

The app kept giving me the runaround on making an account, and once I was in, the bike never unlocked for me to use it. I tried to submit a ticket for a ride issue, and it kept failing. The app is unneccesarily difficult to use.

Tried every scooter within a four block radius in Navy Yard. Either wouldn't unlock or "needed repair". Don't worry, still put a $25 hold on my card even though it never actually unlocked a ride for me.
