I initially loved this app but it’s just gone downhill ever since I upgraded to the paid version for the key. I have tried all the suggestions and all the various setting changes to get it to work properly but to no avail. All it records is my voice and nothing from the person on the other line so ultimately, it’s just useless. Customer service just directs you to a generic link that doesn’t really help at all. I won’t be going back.

When initially got this app it worked perfect after an update it stopped recording changed to the recommended options still randomly will record a call once in a blue moon. Now doesn't record at all I have the pro version. I have tested the settings and still have not got it to record any calls have also switched phones.

I have been using the app for over a year now. Crashs constantly, does not record all calls and I can not share the audios does not worth the money.

I paid for an app to record phone calls. So today I receive a notifucation, after I already paid for this app, they now updated to a free version and stated that they no longer records phone calls. I'm sorry but I should be offered a refund!!!! The PRIMARY function and purpose of this "call recorder" app is to RECORD phone calls and now it won't do that!!!!!!!????!!!! Makers and Owners of this app listen up. I'm not alone. I HATE being cybertronically ripped off! You SUCK!!!!

This app doesn't record the other side of people speaking. Only yourself. This app use to work hearing both sides, but now it just SUCKS! For your needs...

Not reliable at all. Every time I open it, it shows me an error saying there was a problem with the last recording. And in those instances when it actually works, the recording from the other line is inaudible or doesn't record at all. I needed to record a call and am glad I put the call on speaker and recorded it with a separate voice recorder app.

i enjoy the app , but the volume for the other person I'm phoning is really soft , how can i fix this ? or can you potentially fix this issue ? i have the paid version but if this cannot be fixed i will have to buy a different app. hearing the other person more clearly is very important in my line of work . i have it set on communication as that is the only option where i hear the other person , the other settings only ends up telling me there was an issue with the recording or i don't hear them

keep away from it. after few calls it stopped recording. all the close this app or go to settings etc did not work. now they say to uninstall and install something else risking to loose also the old recordings from the regular call recorder. and this is suppose to be thier PRO version.

Samsung S10e. There were no app updates for a very long time = very bad! It stopped recording since January 2020. I've noticed that just now when I really needed it (month later). Also "device care" was constantly reporting app crashes
