It was fine before but I could not do transfer and payments. I re-install the app but did not work. Now I have to go to bank. But unfortunately 2 branches has been closed near me. Some kinda joke?

If you get the password wrong it completely blocks your account and you have to sign a contract again that they send by post! How can changing your password be such a mission! Redoing a contract everytime you get the password wrong is ridiculous!!!

Very slow to start. And worst than that, when it's started you stare at a dark grey screen which makes you feel that the application is not working at all.

The app update is a complete failure. The feedback to I suspect exactely the same issue is useless and there is no international dialling number.

i wait for english version because portuguese is very difficult to understand and sometime i affraid to use this app because of portuguese i hope coming soon in english for more better use and better experience
