Does its job! I wish IP wasn't random, also android 8.1 seems to close the app even though I leave it running, but it's not this app's fault. Tapping stop-start restarts the service. Yet still, 5/5 app for file transfering wirelessly and works even when pc is connected to phone&internet through hotspot connection.

Best application for file transfer between PC and Android device. However, Need some improvement as sometimes service stops automatically. Seems it happens when phone screen goes off and phone is idle. Device: OnePlus 6T
