TERRIBLE SOFTWARE for the price of the product i bought. This is probably the worst software i have ever had, when it does work, the settigs and layout of it is very very bad. But this does not matte. Because this app REFUSES to open at all and it has been like this for years now, no matter what i do. I have tried everything and have now accepted i am stuck with the same settings on my fans until i change them for something else.

This app actually works pretty well. I don't know what the deal is with the other users here but this does work. It works better than the PC app. I'm using ver 1.38 on PC and find no need to upgrade the PC app as recommended. I've got Riing Trio and Floe Riing fans.

This app stopped working. Does not show my PC as an option to connect to anymore. I have not made any changes to my PC, phone, or network.

So I was extremely skeptical about this actually working based on the reviews, however there was an update released for the PC client which did mention a fix. Ive installed, and i connected to my PC. Ive had no problems controlling the RGBs from my phone. It would be nice if it were possible to sync the RGBs with the other programmes i have to control my other RGBs.

Not friendly user interface. Getting 60 bucks for a single 200mm with controller should be enough for proper software development. The UI looks creepy, found my PC but effects don't change. I've 20 led 200mm and the max supported is 12 led. The software can't remember the pc and searches for it each time. I really love TT products, but this is a disrespect to your buyers. Please fix the UI and functionality, there are tons of mobile software developers willing to work, find a proper team or person. Hope to see changes soon and raise the rating.

An amazing idea terribly executed. You tried to give the user full control of its fans using a phone, very good idea... But why limiting yourself to color control ?? This is the least usefull usually you set your color and leave it, what is usefull to control is fan speed ! Please implement speed control. Right now, the app is useless.

The app makes the rgb system of the fans more easier to control but someone like me who wants not only to control the rgb but the actual performance of the fans (rpm, silent mode e.x) stay on your desktop version. Well if they make this app able to control everything I will recommend it 100%

Bloody awful. Appears deceptively simple, but refuses to connect to the PC app via IP address. Even then, why bother, when the PC app is 100% more effective. Painful experience. Wouldn't recommend.

Nothing works on the app. And when having the app on your pc its just missing an complete premium box. Thermaltake response with download the pc client. Well what you think i am using. It just doenst see controllers. Its super bad i hate that i ever started on thermaltake.
