Review update: now ocassionaly there's 'server error'. What if someone clicks 'pay' multiple times (thinkering "I'll try again") and on the end bills get substracted multiple times on user's bank account?

To developers, please, fix server unavailable while trying to download current bill. I don't want to use your platform, that is why I have an application from a bank.

User is not able to turn off Net Limit option via app. And this payed "feature" is added by default for all post paid plans. So users need to pay additional 10din per minute to talk to operator to turn it off or to go to MTS and to wait in line so one of the operators there can turn it off. Because of complicating this "feature" too much and taking money from people for such simple on/off functionality I'm giving the app one star.

I changed my ratings to 3. Was 2 because i was left with emotional pain as my common sence was impaired. Miracles do happen once in a lifetime, this app almost had it but it's going in a good direction. Shame however, country with so much IT professionals, leader in the region, can't afford to keep their own people? But guys seriously kudos for new app look, UI... and one day, i hope, so much more. Until then, is it enough to keep all those demanding customers? Think about the future, harder!

Horrible app, but support is even worse, on top of everything they don't allow to use 4G network on prepaid sim cards - choose carefully!
