Alarm-trigger is designed to automate tasks, such as at 22:00 set your phone to "Airplane mode" or every day at 19:00 to enable Wi-Fi for 15 minutes for automatic software updates and data synchronization. All functions is divided into 4 modes: alarm clock, timer, calendar and action.

Alarm mode performs standard alarm functions. It can start at any day of the week and with any frequency (eg, every hour). Timer mode, I think everything is clear.
