App needs to be decluttered to show relevant information. Hangs during payment. Also whoever developed it needs to use it and realise that the layout is very poor requiring a lot of scrolling and showing movie duration in 2 lines in over sized font. App closes immediately if you try to give poor feedback in App. Old app was better.

Just one word - horrible. The previous older one few years back, may look dated, but was way more functional, smoother, user friendlier. Why they changed it to this clunky one is a big question point.

Hang, nothing else.... Only hang... Tried to book for jungle cruise at Jcude under IMAx, tried 3 times always hang at payment page. Uninstall app going for cathay now...

One of the worst booking experience ever for a movie. Golden Village app is way way smoother. Unable to go edit combo purchases. Unable to edit seats booking. Very user UN-friendly. Reserved seats and tried to make payment however it was very slow so I was thrown out of payment page. When I got back in, I had no access to my seat reservation, no checkout cart to go to, so I had to make a new seat booking however my preferred seats were still 'locked down' from previous reservation! Terrible app!

App doesn't work at all. I can't proceed to payment page even though i have agreed to t&c, apps keep prompting on agreeing to t&c which i already did. The website failed, it says REJECTED and the app transaction didnt even go through! And to my horror! i received not 1 but 2 emails after that and BOTH transaction got through. This is ridiculous, please fix your terrible system and not create problems for your consumers! So what do i do now with double bookings!?

The old app is 100 X better than this unfunctional app which is very slow, hangs, not responsive, and everything a real production app shouldn't be. Please delist it back to prototype on a laptop as it rightfully belongs to and stop turning off your customers like this. update: after so many months scrolling is still horrendous with auto scrolling back ?? never had any app managed to do this before. please put this app back on your laptop where it belongs

worst update ever..hang hang hang....feel like browsing in internet explorer..whats wrong with old version which was way better and can just use the barcode to scan tickets..this one need to keyin the serial number blah blah blah...come on...when everyone is moving forward this app went 10years backward!!! way to go!!

The new beta version is extremely slow and buggy. No response at almost every tap and hangs.. the old version is so much faster and better with quick view of all available time slots when selecting the movie. Absolutely frustrating user experience.

it is terrible!!! won't respond to selection using note 8 pen but will respond to touch. the credit card input is sooooo slow you have to literaly wait for each letter or number you input. such a terrible app
