App is okay but slow and takes a long time to search for items. Many items that come up in searched words have nothing to do with item you're looking for. In general, the Carmichael, CA weekly flyer won't open on the morning of the first day ad breaks. Sometimes comes out in afternoon or Thurs morning. Don't use app to shop. Only use app to TRY to see weekly ad since Save Mart no longer places weekly ad in newspaper or in mail delivery. Overall, app is so-so.

This app is supposed to help you earn reward points. Except when I checked my points I had 699 at the time. I tried to cash in 500 to get $5 off my next transaction however something went wrong. I ended up not getting my $5 off and the app glitched and I ended up -801 points. Now I lost the 699 points I earned and have to earn over 801 points till I can start earning points I get to use.

Just got new updated app to me it's not worth using as much anymore to many issues already I noticed . 1. Remove the ticket icons 🎟️🎫 2. Make images smaller 3. Hamburger menu 4. The sections with images under makes It hard to scroll and takes for ever to scroll remove ages just allow ppl to click section 5. The huge rewards area takes up a lot of space point less old design was better new design look like a mess 6. Dumb no more update account in app takes you to browser makes u login no token

It was fine before last update. Now too bulky, it takes so long to load. Also, grocery list function no longer available. No way to select items in weekly ad.

HATE HATE HATE the new version of the app. Lost all my lists, lost that functionality and can no longer add items from the weekly flyer to my lists. The homepage is tacky. Don't like anything about it.

Cannot see the bottom portion to login after trying to change my password. I just updated the new app, but I forgot my original password to use my existing account. So I put in the authentication code that was emailed to me, then I put in my new password twice, but I can't get to the bottom of the screen to finish. Now I can't use the app at all now.

I used this app strictly for shopping lists. With latest update, they are gone. App is now completely useless to me.

The app is good if it works for you, but I have had repeated problems with it. It worked on my phone and then it said it couldn't because my phone wasn't modern enough. Then it worked on new phone & now it says it has to have Chrome. I hate Chrome. I use Duck Duck Go because it doesn't track you and it doesn't Spy on you. Save Mart needs to make their App more versatile. I have great success with my other store apps including Safeway, Raley's, Sprouts, Ace, Office Depot, Starbucks, etc.
Truth to be Revealed
Great app, the only major flaw is that your accumulated points expire after only a month or two. These points are like money, they should never expire. Bad way for Savemart to try to make you shop at their stores more frequently.

Crashes frequently. It worked great until the latest update. Now I keep getting messages that it stopped responding even when I'm not using it. 9-2021 This app has gotten better and works as intended.
