So Many Bugs(10 or E, 3 GB): 1) Device not charging through USB cable from PC. (I have tried several USB Cable and Several PC) 2) When switched on the phone and booting completed then a pop up massage is shown for SIM card information every time. (For your information I am telling you that I am using two 4G SIM of JIO & Airtel but using JIO SIM in first SIM slot and using internet by the same) 3) The phone is Heating when recorded video otherwise no heating issue. (I have not tried by playing game) 4) Can’t accept or reject smoothly the incoming call option due to floating animation, may be from ORIO Update. 5) Internet speed meter not showing in white colour status bar, if black then it is fine.

The microphone went bad after some days of buying the phone (I think it was my fault. Took the phone to bathroom and maybe water got inside microphone.) Requested a repair and the bluedart guy came on the promised date. Within 3 days phone went to service centre. Got repaired in 3 hours and was dispatched back to me through FedEx. Got it today with an additional sim ejector tool. Device works fine. No damage occurred. Everything happened as promised. Thank you 10.or and Servify.

Its frustrating, I'm chasing 10.or support center since more than month over multiple emails and phones but getting negative response. Only issue with screen finger touch auto operating from top part of screen and rest of the screen operational as usual. Service center took months to diagnose issue and finally after multiple chasers they asked me to approve estimated amount, generated on application to repair screen, battery and FPC. While I had no other issues. As per support center phone has physical damage so cant be covered under warranty so I have to pay charges. when I asked for evidences, support center doesn't provide valid reason and when I proved that phone screen, battery and FPC didn't have physical damage neither liquid damage until I sent for repair. Now I'm not getting response. 10.or don't have any valid reason for not repairing phone which is in two years of warranty..

I have been using this phone for past 2 years but now a days when someone calls the phone is not ringing. When we power off or restart the mobile it works fine for a day again the next day the phone is not ringing. I have can't resolve this problem. What is the problem? But the 10.or app is very good we can check the status of the phone. This is the only issue for me no others problems in the phone.(ringing)

Very easy to use the application. we can get all status once book the service request through the App. They tie up with logistics partners. so no need to worry about how to send and receive the phone for service. the concept is 100% door step service. i am very satisfied the way of operation for service.
