So, the one ongoing problem that Willow has, is that it won't work with Roku on TV. One cannot login to the Willow app on Roku, as after entering your user id(email) and password, it doesn't authenticate, but throws the error message of "Please enter the email ID and Password." Willow App development team should look into this specific case with Roku.

Live stream gets out of sync quite often. All I hear is audio, video freezes for many seconds at a time. Biggest issue is very so often, video stops completely with the error "Can't play video". Only way to get the video back is to go back and start the stream again. Both of these issues happen once every 5-10 mins. Awful app and service, especially considering that I am paying $10 per month for this garbage service

Bought it to watch the IPL, but had to then use a Sling pass, register an account with Sling, and then get the Willow package in Sling to watch it? That makes no sense at all!! Easily the worst UI for a streaming service ever. Very unintuitive and not easy to search for anything besides current matches. Also, the one game I tried to watch it was towards the last 5 minutes, but it started playing from the beginning and I could not forward to the live feed.

Worst streaming service. 0 stars to be honest. You cannot cancel the subscription unless you send emails and constantly follow up and even then you may end up getting charged again. Never going to subscribe this service.

Horrible app. The streaming just stops intermittently. Worst customer experience. Can't even change passwords easily. The last bug fox was in 2019. Go figure.

Easily the worst app, bought the package to watch IPL coz it indicated we can watch it live on willow app, but got a splash screen instead to download sling and buy a new package from sling again? Does not make any sense and no way to cancel from the app to get a refund. Waste of money and time! This is fraud. Willow should be banned from having this app on playstore.

Worst app I ever came across. It logs me out every time I close the app. Ads even after paying more than YouTube subscription. Can't connect to tv or Chromecast. Ludicrous customer support. App like this should be penalized for it's obscene and thuggish service.

So first pay willow tv subscription, then app says matches wont show on willow tvs app , you have to buy subscription again throught sling tv. Seriously what??? Then why are you even allowing subscription through willow.tv đ ????

Scam!!!!. Brought this to watch the cricket worldcup and then had to do sling pass then to make matters worst it's so hard to cancel

Still a long way to go! I appreciate the work that the developers have done for this app but it, there's a lot that needs to be done No picture in picture Nothing above 720p The UI is very laggy When you switch apps you have to kill and reopen the app to play your video These are simple fixes which can enhance the app so much and make it enjoyable To me it seems like they don't care since there's no alternative out there to watch cricket. I hope someone fixes these issues.
