This app is awful. Never finds the right address. The search is useless. Drivers don't show up, but you get charged anyway. Constant ads trying to make you buy stuff.

This app will not let me pay using my card. Every time I try to pay it gets blocked, then I try to have customer service help, and they can not help me.

No part of this app actually works! Address search doesn't work. Selecting the location on the map is incredibly difficult. Adding a credit card doesn't work, and there isn't even an error message!

Finding locations on the map in Kyiv are difficult. I often use google map, to locate places, then try to find it on the Uklon map. because typing street names is often difficult to get a match. Maybe, because of so many street names were changed. It would be a big improvement, if people could add locations of interest.. restaurants, businesses, etc. to the map.

I would put 5 stars for normal service . But the second time in 6 months my foreign card was declined and I cannoyt re-add. Last time the fix was to uninstall and reinstall. I tried but still no luck . Called data centre and they were very rude accusing me of not having credit etc . Even though I had explained that that contacted my bank and they hadn't even seen attempt. My card works fine with glovo , Uber etc One staff even hung up when I asked to speak to a manger

I was warned about the roads in Ukraine, before I came here. When you 1st arrive and if from the states. Not so much the roads. It the crazy way everyone but truck drivers drive here. 1st ride out of Kiev Airport give that Taxi ride a 2. Now I realize it was 4.5 by comparison to other rides since. Be they Taxi or Uklon. Prefer Uklon. Do not need to speak Russian. SPASIBA!!!

Good customer support! Daytime good prices. Not always beat though. Generally speaking in the evening and at night Uber has better prices so taking one star off for this.
