It works but I've got to type the number in when I get to the self checkout machine, and it only adds on like, less than 20p on at a time. Should add more on.

Could not be used in my local co-op. Apparently 'Co-op: Membership Rewards' is not the co-op app to get membership rewards at co-op shops. It's a different co-op app you need for that, even though this is the first one that shows up and it gives you no indication whatsoever you might need the 'other' app. Bit annoying as you've got to spend £1 to activate the app membership card which you can't use anyway.

The app cannot be used in any of the branches near me apparently. Requested a new card but it has a new number. This cannot be updated on the app or the website dashboard. Emailed and message and just ignored. Typical appalling service from the "caring" co-op. I'll shop elsewhere in future. And I'll take my banking elsewhere too. I recommend you do the same!

This is a good source of extra incentive offers and the app is OK but can be annoying as it's too easy to accidentally add an offer you are not choosing while scrolling. You can choose only 2 offers and you can't remove one you touched on accidentally with scroll finger. Better to have tick box select then confirm when happy.

This app has stopped working. After I came back from holiday the outdated offers were still showing. After turning my tablet off and on again the new offers appeared but would not load onto my card. it just says an error has occurred. Tried getting rid of the app and putting it on my phone but it still does not work.

Great little app. The savings show immediately on your receipt, and sometimes you have some great ones like pounds off your shop. My only criticism is that you can't change your offers once selected, even if you picked the wrong one. You should be able to edit the two offers up until the point where one or both are used.
