The man with Inflatable knees
Used to be excellent. Fairly cheap decent cameras and good pictures that updated quickly. This whole thing is getting worse and worse. Stability issues are constant. It does not load on first attempt most of the time. Thumbnails don't update and haven't for a long long time now. Updates are very very rare. Such a shame this has become so bad. We are changing to another company.

I was concerned when I saw low rating on google store. I was right to be. It can't even find my wifi which details have been entered carefully many times. So can't get beyond that stage. I checked its 2.4ghz compliant as spec requires and it is. Still a big fail. Useless. Returning camera for refund.

Very poorly designed offering very limited functionality. Repeatedly crashes and throws the user out requiring a reboot and another login, and loses already installed cameras. Lost track of how many times I've installed..... Update 31.8.21: I've had 2 cameras for a while since my first review and must say the system is now far more reliable and I've really come to depend on it as a baby monitor. Hope Neos will add RTSP as Wyze has in the US. That would be icing on the cake.

Even on the paid subscription, this is garbage. Camera thumbnails don't update (haven't for a year now) but they used to be fine. The water sensors go on and offline at random. You can't individually arm cameras. The camera feed fails to load first time, almost every time. Just terrible really. And it's getting worse as time goes by. I always assume developers would improve an app over time, but these guys are slowly making it worse till the customer base is gone and the whole thing shuts down.

Had 7 cameras about 18 months, WERE good. Upgraded to boost. Update Thumbnails never being updated. Latest June 21,update seems to have thumbnails now updated every few weeks, the most annoying thing is auto arming, getting notifications when sat at home, often unarmed when away from the home. Now using Tinycam Pro which is miles better, neos will probably stop this with an update!

The app keep login me off. Today I open the app. Press the arm button. Then later my wife call because there are been a problem at home. Open the app, I must log on, I proceed, no clip recorded. The camera was not armed. And then I wonder why I didn't pay the premium...

Why does it have to be such a fight to get onto the camera feeds quickly? Having to reload 4 or 5 times to get it to open a live feed. I bought into this when it was a new product and I've bought 3 camera's plus the sensor kit (which has stopped working) looking for a new manufacturer product now

I have two cameras. One down stairs works no problem. The one upstairs looking to the front of the house is forever crashing and stops recording. I pay the subscription as well. It drives me mad, it picks when it wants to record. Why is it doing this?

Great app been using it for 12 months plus. Easy to setup and ideal for keeping an eye on my van when I am not in it. No ads at all when you pay for boost mode. Worth every penny.

Logged itself out and now unable to login...on top of all the other issues the app is too unstable to be on any serious use and I will be forced to stop my subscription if things don't improve very soon
