I can't report absence of my children through the app, as they say it can be done. It does not appear to me that the school has absence reports enabled/disabled. It also puts meals on an account and I can't see.

Won't let me log in while in mobile data, so can't use it unless I'm at home. Have looked at all settings and there is no option to change it. All my apps should open on Mobil data.

Missing vital information. When I select emails they instantly disappear. Last version was fine. Very frustrating. 😬

I have an android 10 phone. When I select 'accounts' the page opens but instantly goes blank. Previously the app worked fine when installed. To overcome the issue, I installed the app on another mobile phone with android 8. The app worked OK for a while, but again its developed the same fault. On both phones I have unistalled the app and installed it again, however both apps on different phones continue to have the same issue. Any ideas why this is happening? My Account on my Desktop works fine

I absolutely hate it! I have children at different schools and HAVE to use this, I have no choice! Using it for 1 child at 1 school is not too bad, but when I HAD to add another child at a different school, first it would sometimes open, now it won't open at all. It don't matter if I'm on Wi-Fi or mobile data, I've deleted and reinstalled it, it's just rubbish!

This app is stupid. It puts meals in accounts and you can't see what you have picked for the week you are on. The text is very small and you can't do basic things like zoom in. It says i have read things and i havent so you don't get all notifications and you miss things. You book meals that the school doesn't receive and you can't go back to check. Its the worst thing the school as ever done. Complete rubbish.

I do not receive emails anymore when a parentmail is sent and I do not receive notifications so unless I physically go in the app, I don't see anything. I have not made any changes to my settings, it has happened overnight. What annoys me the most is that it's impossible, as a parent, to talk to someone to get it fixed. Schools have better things to do than deal with individual issues for a service they pay.

Generally very good, however, when opening a docx (word file) no trouble, when opening a pdf file it usually takes about 6 attempts. There should be a save as option and the files that open should open with the name supplied by the app, they all open as "file". Update as developer responded, looking forward to updates 👍

Missing a Search function...how can an email app be missing an ability to search? I'm pretty sure the old ParentMail app had this function. Would give it a zero if I could for this rather silly oversight. Developers clearly don't live in the real world where email subjects alone aren't always the most informative!

I have a constant notification number regarding lunch payments. The balance is zero but this number still appears. School have no idea why, I have turned off notifications, I have reinstalled but still shows the notification. Update. There is nothing outstanding the balance is showing as zero for any payment options. Update. Reminders is off. I pressed it and now it's gone upto 7. Updated, thank you so much that's a much better response than I got from school.
