If that "X" cross has to continue to remain in the top left of the screen while viewing a TV program, I will delete this UK TV app from my device. That cross is not needed and it is extremely annoying, and very easily accidentally touched while holding a device....! As users, if we need to get rid of what ever is on the screen, we have arrows on our devices to take us back, we do not need the "X".... Take a look at other catch up TV players like BBC's iplayer. Watch and learn. 😠

Infinitely repeating ads, need I say anymore. When it did work, ads were too frequent, 3 minutes worth every five or so minutes. You have to watch a minute's worth EVERY TIME YOU CLICK OFF THE VIDEO, sometimes when you pause it or a notification comes up too. You're probably just better off buying the box set of what you want to watch or pirating it and taking the risks that come with that. Don't bother downloading it, whatever you want to watch isn't worth it.

The app is great to watch programs like Taskmaster which I love. But the adverts are getting very annoying, repetitive and to be honest, a bit of a joke now. On numerous occasions, you will pause the program a few minutes after an advert break, come back to it later and you watch 60secs of ads, to then have to watch another 180secs of more ads. Also to add insult to injury, I have just been stuck in an advert loop watching 180seconds of ads 3 times for some reason! Please sort out the ads issue and also the issue of leaving a program 3/4 way through and it then restarting from the beginning.

F***kin ad apocalypse! I'd be OK with 15 to 30 second ads every break during episodes or something, but 180 to 210 second ads is absolute bs NO WAY TO SKIP THEM EITHER!!! SORT IT OUT UKTV PLAY!!! 🤬🤬🤬 Also don't be like Netflix and bring up the popup 'are you still watching?' Course I am ya ding dong 🤦♂️

Works great on phone and tablet, just wish I could cast it to my older model smart TV. It's a bit frustrating not being able to watch it like normal broadcasting.

Nice app, ads are quick for a free app and not intrusive, pause button works as it should do and automatically starts next episode so not had any problems that other people seem to have had.

This app is not the same without Really, you need to make a new channel and bring back some of the programmes we used to love watching.
