The One4all Photo Balance Check App makes checking your One4all balance easier than ever. Simply launch the app and use your phone’s camera to snap your card. The app will convert the card number into a text message which, when sent, will return your current balance back to your phone. Simple! Standard rates apply to text messages. Depending on your carrier and package you may be charged for this text message. There is no charge for the return message. Please ensure you place your card on a flat surface with good contrast to the card colour for maximum readability. Please note: this app requests access to your camera to take a photo of your One4all Gift Card, access to your files to read the card number in the photo, and SMS to send a text message at your standard rate to our balance check system (if you have free SMS messages as part of your phone plan, this SMS will be free). A free SMS is then sent back immediately with the card balance.

Awful awful awful awful!!!! How can a voucher be so difficult to use!? It's like they have gone out of their way to make this really difficult. App doesn't work. Value has to match to be able to use in shops. Almost impossible to use online. Call centre takes 2 hours to answer as they are based in the US. Maybe this concept works better in the States but in the UK this really doesn't work. Such a shame as I used to really like the love2shop type vouchers but this is a joke!! Avoid at all costs!

App does not work on my Samsung galaxy s9, just freezes on opening screen. The text message option does not respond. The whole execution of these cards is a disaster, I bet most of these gift cards get binned, they are so difficult to use and start losing value at 90p per month after 18 months! Absolute waste of time.

Horrible- the app doesn't work, the phone number given on card doesn't work, the gift card itself doesn't work. Don't ever spend money on one4all, it's a waste of both time and money. Very disappointed.

Terrible !! Don't bother I've got two all 4 one cards £15 each for my grandchildren & they don't work.. I went back to post office who couldn't help so downloaded the All 4 one app now that doesn't work !! Please take my advice don't purchase all 4 one cards from the post office or you will be disappointed

Same experience as the other reviewers. The app doesn't load, you're just met a screen of a box with a bow. The SMS check balance service doesn't work either so there's no way to actually check your balance and use these cards.

What a waste of time. It never gets past the opening screen. Quite amazing that this experience is probably better than using their website and having to enter a competition to get to the part of attempting to find an online balance before giving up in abject frustration

App doesn't work. I've had this app ages, and have used it previously with no issues finding out the balances on the one4all cards. However, I have tried to use it only to find all the app does is show a gift wrapped box. Thanks that is so very helpful.

Doesn't even load and just stays on the opening page. Deffinatly made this app bad so you have to pay via text or call just to check your card balance. Sort it out.

The app includes a beautiful illustration of a One4all gift card with a red bow on top. Sometimes, when I'm having a really tough day and feel like using my gift card to treat myself to something nice, I'll open this app and stare at the high definition graphic for a few minutes. Really boosts my inner peace. Oh - might be nice to add a feature where you can check the balance of the card in the next update.

Same experience as everyone else I'm afraid. ..this app just doesn't work! Neither does the text 57887 'My balance' service.... astonishingly poor service from One4all!
