It's missing a virtual membership card function, to save people having to keep track of a physical card and cut down on the cost of production and postage of those cards. Seems like a no-brainer, everything is QR controlled, let the app store that QR.

Disappointed there is no virtual membership card/QR code.

This app used to be good but is useless waste of space now. Does not work on any tablet running Android 10, as property opening times & booking details do not show.

I used to love this app but as a previous reviewer has stated all details of properties does not load and as such is a waste of time. I am running android 10

Great for viewing locations but you can't book visits through app only website and booking there is really complicated

Recent update seems to have removed details about each property. Was very helpful, but not much use now. Will be deleted shortly, unless an update cures the issue.
