Worked fine at first then when you put times in to be picked up kept changing the time Now can't use app at all tells me to update contact details but won't come out of that page.

Cant add a card. Keeps saying card is blocked, which it isnt, tried numerous others which are all working and declines them all?

App is a total waste of time as it does not work, been trying to book a taxi for 7/8 hrs in advance and can't because "high demand", tried to book one for ASAP and can't because "high demand" tried to book one 4 days in advance but can't because "high demand" it shows plenty cars in the area that never seem to move anywhere but still no joy because "high demand" I use taxis twice a day 4 days a week without fail but guess I won't be using blue line 👎

App works well, cannot remove payment methods. I have tried removing these via the app - something I should be able to do myself as it is my personal data - but the app offers no such option to do so, which is disappointing.

Excellent driver app a bit clumsy as it automatically puts in your location so you have to be aware or the wrong location is loaded.

Complete waste of time. Prebooked the previous day. Arrived 45 min after departure time. Had to drive myself to the wedding and therefore couldn't enjoy a drink. Day ruined. Avoid avoid avoid.
