Can't connect to the app away from home, rendering it completely useless to me. I like to use the heating as and when required, not a timer when you might be earlier or later then planned, therefore burning unnecessary fuel. It will only let me connect when I am in the house and connected to WiFi, which as im able to get up and turn it on/off myself, the app is useless. So much for cutting our fuel and saving the planet, come on Worcester get it sorted, everyone is having this issue.

It's just stopped working. It won't connect as it says the details are incorrect, they aren't. I've tried a hundred times and no luck. I've deleted it, reinstalled, reset the wall bit. Even when I've wiped every trace of the app from my phone and then reinstall it saves my details, I.e access code etc but then says they are wrong. The technical team were as much use as a chocolate fire guard and the fact other reviews are having the same problem shows its an app issue.

Worked fine in Android 6 but buggy and constantly asking for the target temperature to be checked in Android 8.1. Does not support split screen, so probably due an update. Home Presence Detection has also stopped working, looks like the current version is beta software. A disaster for an expensive boiler which has now lost intelligent functionality. Annoyed as a third party thermostat is now needed.

Wifi no longer works. Used to be fine but for the last year I have to use mobile data to connect, WiFi (at home or anywhere else) will not connect the app with the thermostat.

Just keeps disconnecting from the Internet, also keeps saying login details are wrong. Worse software ever.

Out of the blue completely stopped working. Was fine this morning. Now telling me details are incorrect which is rubbish.

We've had this wireless heating system in for over 1 1/2 years. The wireless control facility continually drops out, meaning that we can't control the heating remotely. I've split the channels on my router, and moved everything else to the 5ghz channel, but it hasn't made any difference. The control panel has been changed, too, to no avail. I can't recommend this particular system.

Works fine but is super basic. Had it for two years and surprised there have been no updates to the app in over a year. The dressing is looking very dated and its functionality is falling behind competitors. Did have an issue when it fell over and had to call custiner support, only to find reseting was not straight forward. Would go for nest or hive if I had a choice, for the additional AI support.
