    I really enjoyed this app for a while. It gave me some great workouts but I eventually started having some bugs show up that I started to find annoying. I have a feeling the android version of this app isn't getting support anymore. It hasn't been updated for over a year and no replies from emails I've sent to their feedback address.

    This app for the most part is great and I'd love to give it 5 stars, but android users are getting shorted. My girlfriend and I both use it, but she gets way more features on her apple. Frequent updates, a watch app so it's actually capturing her heart rate and distance during running with half way cues. She also gets rewards, etc. Android users pay the same amount for premium but get none of that. I emailed Keelo asking if there were future plans for a watch app and got no response.

    I love it But i think you will lose customers by not updating and really feel that at one point regarding no updates that i have to move to another app, u don't even answer when asked about this issue

    I love the scaling options and the "completeness" of the workout. It does a warmup, strength piece, conditioning, and then a cooldown with yoga movements, all within 1 hour. The ability to filter out certain movements is great, too, if you are trying to avoid Olympic lifts or something that exacerbates an injury. It feels like a Crossfit workout, except that it doesn't seem designed to injure you.

    Love it! I have only been using this app for a short time, but I love it! The strength programming is easy to follow and helps you maintain consistency with progressive overload. The suggested conditioning workouts are fun and I love that you can search for workouts to fit your goals and what equipment you have. The mobility work at the end of each workout is great to. This app is easy to use and again, great for consistency in your training!

    this is a great circuit workout app. I was reluctant paying for a subscription but after doing a few of the free workouts I decided to give it a try. I take a couple fitness classes a week at my corporate gym and use this if I miss a class or when I'm at home. I have 2 little kids so if I'm short on time, I'll just do 1 conditioning workout (10-18min). there's a lot of different you can select if available and you can omit exercises.

    I really like this app. It mixes up your workouts with different routines and movements. It allows you to filter it’s suggestions by movement, or the equipment you have available. Recently I was traveling and did not have access to any equipment. The app allowed me to filter for no equipment and gave me workouts I could do until I could get back to the gym. Also, if a particular movement doesn’t work for you, the app suggests substitute movements. On a side note, this company supports the military and first responders. Some of the workouts are named after and dedicated to the fallen. They also include a brief summary of the person and the incident. Having suffered through some line of duty deaths, these summaries are a real gut punch. A few of them brought back some really bad stuff for me. That said, words can’t express my appreciation. It’s a small gesture, but a meaningful one. It also provides a great source of motivation. Do this work out and do your best in the memory of this person. Feeling tired today, don’t want to do another set, well harden up. Your discomfort isn’t anything compared to what befell someone else. Thank you Keelo. Thank you…

    Really cool at picking workouts for you, but it doesn't have enough audio prompts or voice coaches for me; it doesn't have any. I went digging through all my settings to make sure it's not me. Couldn't find anything. The workouts are AMAZING. And the fact it kind of uses past performance to pick the right workout for you is pretty neat. But I find myself monitoring the screen in the middle of my sets because I'm not confident that I'll get fair warning to change to the next exercise.

    The mix of workouts is awesome... once you have the subscription. I did the free workouts for a month, and still enjoyed it. I have a pretty decent selection of equipment at the house so I can workout at home. This app would be just as good at the gym though. There is also great selections for adapting the workout to your skill level.

    Exceptional workout app. I enjoy the adaptive nature. Workouts get progressively more difficult to dial in the challenge level, and the always changing routine keeps things interesting. I'm coming off of a half marathon training plan, and this has been a great transition back into the gym. I also really like that the workouts arent so involved that I cant get through them in a reasonable time.
