This app is so helpful. It has been so easy to track my many medical appointments and er visits in. They're also places to add in any medications prescribed, additional appointments, and any tests and test results. There is really nothing like it, and I've tried most of them. I've also greatly appreciated the developers response to my suggestions and each time the app is updated it's gotten better and better.

Entering the data is not super intuitive for all the different tests.. but I enjoyed using the app, as it would be clear visually. I had to format the phone, and I lost all my data. I don't feel like re entering it and making that initial effort alllll over again.

This app leaves A LOT to be desired. Painful to fill out info. If you are more than 10 years old, plan on taking the next decade to add your Birthdate (one month at a time). Unable to add dosages, unable to add OTC meds/supplements, unable to add labs. I could continue, but it's not worth it. I plan on finding another app that is better, or find someone to build one.

Good concept and design but EXTREMELY INTRUSIVE!!! Very limited (more like a demo) as a single (offline) profile and if opted in as a Pro user, you have no option but to relinquish all your privacy and medical data in its entirety (presented as a convenient syncing service) to a virtually unknown entity and to the notoriously bad (privacy trampling) Google services. I'd rather go back to pen and paper than to report to Google the what, when, why, who, which and how of my medical history.

This app has great potential and I have received quick response and refund from developer. However alarms and syncing do not work, and it takes too long to slide through the list of dates when app is opened on the Galaxy S8 Plus. I also think €12 a year is to pricey for just syncing capabilities. Perhaps developer should concentrate on developing the app to it potential, as it feels like it is in beta and then charge a one time upgrade fee. Would love to have been able to use this app though.

The format is restrictive. very little customizable areas. If your issue is not one in their predefined collection with predefined details you are out of luck. In addition, some aspects were not even working for me even though I bought the pro version. I have canceled and uninstalled and will continue looking elsewhere.

If you want to do anything at all you have to pay money otherwise it's an ugly looking app that just sits on your wall. Edit: You're right it was misleading. Let me make sure I was clear. The app does nothing whatsoever that would be useful. It would be great if information could be imported, if the app wouldn't crash randomly, and if the functionality included more than your basic notebook functionality that comes with your phone standardly. I hope that cleared up any misleading information.

Installed it. Entered one condition, one time, and itself repeated itself over and over again. WTH? Barely any features. No data base of meds or conditions Deleted this ho tmess.

Very irritating. I could not find a way to change units to match the devices I use for collecting data. It is more complicated and less user friendly than it should be.

Looks nice and clean and like it would fulfill my needs but, aesthetics aside it does not perform. Data input is poor. No option for a refund.
