It's just expensive fixed route bus service with very limited routes still requiring transfers and walking. I hoped it would be point-to-point shared ride service. For the cost I would rather take a Grab. There is little value of this over using Busmap.

Good idea, poor implementation. A few suggestions: 1. Automatically suggests chained routes given the start and end point (similar to google which has very nice feature to find bus and train route) 2. Take real pictures of pickup points so the riders can easily know that he or she is at the right spot.

Really useful and good service,not sure about the month pass where you can buy 20 rides - best in mind most workers will make two trips a day meaning the pass is used up after two weeks

There's no way of checking what routes are available before downloading the app and giving up all your personal info such as telephone number. Perhaps make the routes available to browse before sign up via the desktop site.

Paid in advance but bus didnt pick me up.... Customer service wasnt responsive. No solution was offered, just told me to wait for next bus, which is 1h20 later... Worst app ever. 0 star

It is the second time driver doesn't stop to pick me up although I booked ticket. He even did not announce that he would not pick up me. It took me time to walk and wait the bus then I had to book Grab and late to work. What a terrible service!
