While establishing wifi-tethering hotspot on my yoga tab 3 plus tablet - application say no wifi and cannot connect to my volumio on rasberry pi 4. I had meet such stupid error also in tidal and many other software ... Why developers constantly think no wifi <=> no network...? When I use same tablet connected to external hotspot - everything is working ok. Embarrassingly annoying bug!

Needs serious UX/UI work, and charging a subscription to be able to access Qobuz is annoying given how poor the stock app is, but added an extra star for the web interface which, as others have noted, works very well.

This is better than their new app. Make device back button work on Android, add artwork to favourite radio stations, allow customisation of menus (ie, turn on and off items), create admin mode so settings etc are hidden from non admin, allow user to load own artwork for albums and artists etc then I would pay £10 for the app to control my device. I really want an uncluttered sleek way to play my personal music collection like all audiophile. This is not an app for audiophile's.

Most important user for this app is to automatically connect to the Pi rather than having to search for IP addresses manually which is a tedious task when you're on dynamic IP

It's really terrible. Seems like a webview into the standard web site. Mine hangs frequently, it's slow, clunky and unresponsive on my Pixel 2.

Who ever coded this monster needs to go buy coding for dummies and start over. Getting code strings as button text when going into the settings menu. and after a visit in the settings menu, ALL buttons are F-ed up. Out of frustration using a bookmark in my browser.

The user interface is nice and clean. The app is responsive. I like it a lot. On the other hand, like others have said, waking up from the screen timeout does take some time.

Sometimes connection to RPI is lost. Tend to freeze after webradio use. Spotify plugin does not handle 48kHz sampling automatically - it has to be set manually. Youtube plugin is frozen often. To be honest, it is a beta version program now. It will be good later if development continues, but it suffers from reliability and functionality issues now. Considering the dropped connections and issues, it would be better to provide it for free. If I pay for something, I want to have a working product.

So Fragile! Running on Android. When it works, it's super. The most recent version includes more, better web radio, like BBC World, CBC, even CKUA. But. I have to reflash and reinstall Volumio (Software) for my Rasp Pi at least monthly (the app sometimes doesn't seem to shut the Pi down properly, maybe?) Sometimes it can't find the Pi, even when Fing says it's there AND I can find it with my laptop. Tried troubleshooting, Volumio help, the peeps on Reddit... not a lot of help :(

It is disappointing. I prefer Volumio above Kodi due to Spotify integration; it works well. But this app is not good. Once connected it works fine, but after turning off the phone, it seems to disconnect from Volumio. I need to kill the app and start it again. There is no way to quickly change the volume or switching radio station. Take Kodi with Yatse as example, that works very well.
