I've been on wing for almost 2 years now and have loved the experience! From the ease of signing up to switching multiple phones and adding lines for my family it's always been a pleasant experience. Family of 2 paying $53 compared to a family of 3 paying almost $300 at us cell. 🤯😱 the only criticism I have is after the last update, when I hit "pay bill" it shuts down my app. So i am forced to pay through the desktop version or through chat with someone running the card on file.

8/9/21 Total BS! 🤬 I have had this service for one month now and still don't have a Hotspot on my phone. It took them over a week just to get the LTE data working in my phone. But I lose LTE everytime i leave my small town and go to Amarillo Tx. Now they want me to try a different sim card and plan and change me twice in one month for cellphone service that doesn't even work right! 🤡🤡🤡🤡

To hell with wing I have been with them for two years and I have had to switch my sim card and service provider and I have not had service in 2 months and to top it off they charged my account at full price and they still won't fix it I would not recommend them to anyone for anyone I wish I could negative stars

Data rarely works, I have to call and have them reset it every month. I'd also like to point out the data starts a week into the month instead of when you start... since it does work, two stars

Overall a really great app. Super easy and affordable. With that said I don't like how they basically turn off your data after a certain point. Unless you're operating on wifi you can forget about using your data plan the last two weeks of the cycle. I pay for unlimited plus and certainly don't get that. It's also pretty hard to get someone in the chat. It's great once you're speaking with someone but there's always a long queue.

Thier service is horable.. STAY AWAY. repeated connectivity problems, long hold times, no 24hr service. Constant billing issues. Data plans suck... do you get the point? Do I need to say more? They are and AT&T reseller. That maybe the problem.

Do not use. Spent 10 hours trying to get them to release my phone number to go to another company. My service was terrible had to contact them about every two weeks to fix my service. My number I had before I went to them now they refuse to release it. This is the worst company I have ever dealt with.

Read carefully: It has cheap services, espeically customer service. You won't get human to talk ➤You might be a great man if u can control ur anger while chatting with agent ➤The best way it suck money is by closing ur regular voicemail when u runout ur mobile data. You can chat with them thousand times but it won't be fixed untill you pay for extra data. It will kill your time & when bill day come, u will pay monthly bill and voicemail will fix automatically. It happens to me each month

It constantly signs me out even when I save my sign in information. I would like to just be able to stay signed in. I do like how you can add gigabytes without changing your whole plan. I don't like that there is no option on the application to downgrade my plan without contacting you. I didn't like that they would not give me a credit even though it was an outage with your towers. When I called the receptionist said there were outages within the AT&T Towers.
