First off the app is far from user friendly. The Group Manage make no sense. Absolutely no instructions for any of the settings. "Shake Option" doesn't have an information about how to use it or what it does. "Modify Pin Sequence" has no instructions or what it even does. Please update the app for a better user experience. Everything is trial and error at this point. Last update was almost 3 years ago! I wouldn't recommend this app until these problems are fixed!

It worked at first but then the next day it wouldnt worl anymore i dont know if im doing anything wrong but i put a color feel asleep woke up amd the thing was off then when i turned it on it wouldnt work i deleted the app and downlaoded it again it worked but when i put another color i wasnt on my phone the light was on then when i came back i tryed to do the thing again and it wasnt working it still isnt

Would give those app a 0 if possible due to the simple fact it doesn't work. Dont even try to contact customer support for help because the only advice they have is to unplug and replug it until it works. Absolute joke of an app.

So I bought myself 2 of these not even 2 hours ago, I was wanting to have 2 LEDs, one on my wall and one behind monitor they both work fine. I wanted to use my phone, that's the reason why I bought them. One of them works like it said, which I like, the other doesn't even want to connect, I reinstalled the app multiple times even restarted my phone. I'll be returning these and sticking with what I know. I wanted to give a different brand a chance but I change my mind. 3/10

You need BOTH APPS smh. You need both Aura apps for the lights to work with the app. Once you doenload this app and get the lights to appear - hop on the other app and use the "Intellegent Bluetooth Pairing" it should pop up within a few moments or so. Afterwards, connect in the second app and Boom Bam Bingle you have lights that work VIA app.

Bought 6 auraLED light bars from Home Depot which all worked out of the box. All light bars can be controlled together or individually with 1 remote (point remote at just 1), but NOT the app. -0.5☆ The app asked for access to my location and bluetooth which listed the lights automatically in the app. The controls worked immediately. The lights save the settings set by the app even when turned off. Nice & Easy! The music and sound features seem a bit janky and limited in function though. -0.5☆

I got the tzumi light bar and the remote works with the light but the app does not connect to it and I don't know if I'm doing something wrong or it just doesn't work so its not a waste of money persay it the app or something needs to be fixed because I can see potential in this other wise its really cool.

Its sucks. I got one for a lamp that matched the wattage and tried it 4 times. For ten minutes I was wondering if it was the lamp that was messed up but found out that another light bulb worked perfectly fine. A waste of money and a waste of time

The app will simply not connect with the 2 lights I bought. Not sure if app or lamp problem. App interface similar to other LED brands. Would rate better if I could get it to work.

Just bought the tzumi multi color light bar and the app it tells you to download wont connect to my light bar or pick it up I tried multiple different apps and it was a complete waste of my time n money. Still a pretty good light if it worked properly lol
