Can't reset password. Asks for organisation Id of exactly 5 characters - who knows what this means. Then the reset screen gives an error. Never mind that their products are poor quality and over-priced.

Worked fine up until about 10 days ago. Since 12-Oct, it has no longer been adding points to my balance despite always scanning. Only the coffee rewards section seems to be working.

No support for this app. FAQ page has a broken web link. Drinks loyalty has not worked properly so missed out on 10th free. Loyalty balance does not match my statement balance. Overall really shoddy development. ☹

its clear that no one is maintaining this app, as its extemely limited in its application. why any catering company would sign up to use it is beyond me. it needs a complete overhaul.

It was working fine on my Pixel4XL, just changed to Samsung 20Ultra, and never worked since. Cleared the cache, and still the wallet icon is not opening.

totally unreliable and useless app. randomly or it doesn't save my loyalty drinks so miss out on free ones also this spp advised I was entitled to one free coffee a month which is incorrect. no support for it
